● Perform Other Tasks as Assigned such as:
- Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate inventory of all tools, materials, and parts
- Performs written resident work orders as assigned
- Maintains all appropriate documentation for the maintenance
department
- Able to apply, read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure
manuals, and MSD sheets
- Attend all mandated training
